Ayatollah Ramazani’s Message over martyrdom of Dr. Fakhrizadeh

In a message, Secretary General of AhlulBayt World Assembly, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani offered his condolences and also congratulated on the martyrdom of Dr. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, an Iranian nuclear and defense scientist.

The text of the Message is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

“Among the Believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least” (Holy Quran, Surah al-Ahzab Verse 23)

The terrorist attack of the criminal agents of the global arrogance and martyrdom of Dr. Haj Mohsn Fakhrizadeh, a prominent nuclear scientist and serving mujahed of the Islamic Iran, has affected and saddened Iranians and Muslims around the world, but also free the people from every nationality and religion.

The vicious act, which took place on the anniversary of the martyrdom of another nuclear martyr (Martyr Majid Shahriari) and around the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the glorious resistance commanders Hajj Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes, was reminiscent of the cowardly crime of the American terrorist regime at Baghdad airport.

This kind of the state and purposeful terrorism, violates not only all human rights but also all of international law respected by humanity. The disgrace of the commanders and the agents of this crime increases when the world knows that the unclean hands of the enemies of the knowledge took the life of a scientist who struggled to alleviate human suffering, and his latest achievement was a “diagnostic kit” and a “vaccine” to cure Pandemic virus of the Covid-19.

I, as the Secretary-General of AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Organization, to which hundreds of elites from various countries are members, declare that we must stand up to terrorism in every possible mean and cure this virus, which is more dangerous than Covid-19. To cure it and put an end to these crimes, it is necessary for religious scholars, human rights activists, knowledge enthusiasts, media that have not sold carriers and are still striving to achieve truth and freedom, civil society organizations for human values, and all those for whom the fate of the world matters, by whatever means at their disposal, to confront the masterminds and the main perpetrators of this crime.

Sooner or later, the silence of influential people and the passivity of human rights organizations will make terrorism rampant all over the world, as had happened before, in addition to Iran, about the figures and scientists of countries such as Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon and Palestine.

In this regard, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly is ready to establish any kind of bilateral or multilateral cooperation with non-governmental organizations and individuals and legal entities.

In the end, I congratulate and also offer my condolences on the martyrdom of this hardworking thinker to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei, the activists in nuclear and defense science and industry, his colleagues and students, and especially his patient wife and dear children.

I pray to God for that dear martyr high position in heaven, companionship with his Imam, Imam Hussein (a.s.), patience for his family, and healing for the injured in that terrorist incident.

Oh God, grant us success in martyrdom in your path, and make us join the righteous.

“Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him do we indeed return” (Holy Quran, Surah al-Baghara: Verse 156)
