This is a new research book about women’s rights and duties from the perspective of Islam. In his book, the author answers doubts that claim that Islamic rules and laws are discriminatory against women or against their freedom.

He argues that the dissimilarity between the duties and rights of men and women from the point of view of Islam is due to the necessity of their creation and for the continuation of human life.

In two sections in this book, with a Quranic and hadith approach, the duties and rights of women are explained in detail. This book also explains the various aspects of women’s freedom, hijab, marriage and divorce, dowry, alimony, inheritance, mutual duties of husband and wife, political and cultural activities, housekeeping, art, and her natural and acquired rights.

The book “Getting to Know Women’s Duties and Rights” by the late Ayatollah Amini, translated into Urdu by Syd Hussain Akhtar Rizvi A’zami and published by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly Publishing House in medium octavo size.
