AhlulBayt World Assembly condolences demise of founder of Jamiat al-Muntazir seminary in India

The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly issued a message of condolences on the passing of Hujjat-ul-Islam Allama Sayyed Naim Abbas Abedi, the founder of the Jamia Al-Muntazir in India.

According to the official information website of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly - The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly issued a message of condolences on the passing of Hujjat-ul-Islam Allama Sayyed Naim Abbas Abedi, the founder of the Jamia Al-Muntazir in India.

The text of thes message is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

"Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return." [Qur'an 2:156]

The news of the passing of Hujjat-ul-Islam Allama Sayyed Naim Abbas, a prominent preacher and Shiite figure and founder of the Jamia al-Muntazir in India, caused great sorrow.

He was a supporter of the Wilayat and by educating thousands of students and establishing the Jamia al-Muntazir seminary in the city of Naugawan Sadat, he made very effective and useful efforts in spreading the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) and serving the people in India and other countries of the world.

The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly expresses its condolences to the Shiites of India and the respected family of the beloved one on this loss and asks Allah to grant him forgiveness and satisfaction, and to grant his noble family patience and a great reward.

It is worth mentioning that Allama Sayyed Naim Abbas Abedi, the founder of Jamia al-Muntazir and one of the prominent Shia scholars in India, passed away on the morning of Tuesday, February 25, 2025, after enduring a period of illness in a hospital in New Delhi, the capital of India.
