ABWA Official Website – The book “A Brief Look at the Theory of Velayat Faqih” by the late Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi was translated and published in Latin Azeri by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
This book is a collection of the classes of the late Ayatollah Muhammad Taqi Mesbah Yazdi on the topics related to Velayat Faqih.
At the beginning of his book, the author emphasizes the necessity of the scientific position and the presuppositions of the theory of Velayat Faqih, and then, after examining secularism, he evaluates the relationship between religion and politics. He argues that considering the maximalism of Islam in relation to its politics, proposing a minimal topic is a big fallacy.
Among the following contents of the book is the explanation of the role of the people in the Islamic government and the relationship between legitimacy and acceptability. Further, the author provides rational and hadith evidence to prove the principle of Velayat Faqih and mentions the concept of the Absolute Velayat Faqih (authority of Islamic jurisprudent).
The final section of the book is dedicated to the relationship between the Assembly of Experts for Leadership and Velayat Faqih and answering the doubts in this regard.
The book “A Brief Look at the Theory of Velayat Faqih” by the late Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi was translated into Latin Azeri by Abdullah Azari and published by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly Publishing House in crown octavo size.
