The sad news of the mass execution of a group of oppressed Shiites in Saudi Arabia by the evil Al-Saud burned everyone’s heart and soul. This mass slaughter, in any guise and under any pretext, shows the brazen brutality of the murderers who are ready to take any action to preserve their throne, as they had done before in such barbaric acts.

On Saturday night, March 12, 2022, a ceremony was held at Imam Reza (a.s.) holy shrine, commemorating the martyrs of the Resaledar mosque of Peshawar, Pakistan. In the ceremony which was held in the presence of the custodian of Astan Quds Razavi (a.s.), the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Consul General of Pakistan in Mashhad, and pilgrims and residence in Mashhad – including Pakistani pilgrims – Ayatollah Ramazani delivered a speech.

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The martyrs of the terrorist attack in a Shiite mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan, are the martyrs and devotees of the path of Islam. Although the perpetrators of this painful crime also identify themselves as Muslims, Islam has nothing to do with violence and the killing of innocent people.”

Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, who was in Mashhad to attend the 190th meeting of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, led Maghrib and Isha prayers in the Imam Khomeini Great Portico at the invitation of Astan Quds Razavi.
