Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, was the special speaker of the conference, in which he spoke online.

Hojat al-Islam Mahdi Mahdavipour, the representative of the Supreme Leader in India, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Shamim Hassan Rizvi, and Hojat al-Islam Sayed Muhammad Askari, were other figures who attended the conference.

Hojat al-Islam Sayed Muhammad Askari said in his speech, “Imam Hussain’s (a.s.) goal of the uprising was to reform the Ummah of his grandfather Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h). The conveniency and fear of damage is not compatible with the path of reform with the message of Karbala.”

Also, in this conference, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Mohsen Naqvi introduced the main goal of mourning and establishing Hosseini rituals as to give the state of Karbala to people personality.

Another program of the conference “Ashura missionaries and the challenges of propagating the Ashura” in India was commemorating Hojat al-Islam Sayed Shamim Hasan Rizvi and Hojat al-Islam Mahdi Mahdavipour.
