On Sunday, May 8, 2022, the introductory meeting of the members of the Policymaking and Planning Council of ABNA News Agency was held in Tehran. In the meeting, which was chaired by Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the appointment letters of the members of the council were given to them by the Secretary-General. The members of the council are Messrs. Hosseini Aref, Khojasteh, Rashed, Zarean, Shariatmadar, Sharifi, Gholami, Farmanian and Kalantari. According to the decree of the Secretary-General, Dr. Abdolhossein Kalantari will chair the Policymaking and Planning Council of ABNA News Agency. He is the Deputy Minister of Culture and Social Affairs of the Ministry of Science, and the Advisor to the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

On Thursday morning, May 5, 2022, Hojat al-Islam Ali Al-Khatib, Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Supreme Islamic Shia Council met with Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the Assembly building in Qom.

Praising the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly for organizing the Shiites of the world, the Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Supreme Islamic Shia Council said, “The Assembly should also be active in the field of proximity between denominations.”

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “Today, Lebanon has become a symbol of Resistance, and certainly the country is influential in spreading resistance in the world.”

A part of the Secretary-General’s message reads, “We thank God Almighty for allowing us to experience this month once again and enjoy its blessings, the month that is the best time of the year and the time of the revelation of the Quran, the month that the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) used to welcome it by fasting and praying in the two months of Rajab and Sha’ban, the month which, according to Imam Sajjad (a.s.) is the reason for the superiority of the Muslim Ummah over other ummahs, and the month which its farewell causes sorrow for God’s friends, and they relieve their sorrow with a few days of fasting after Eid al-Fitr.”

ہم خدا کا شکر ادا کرتے ہیں کہ اس نے ہمیں اس مہینے کو سمجھنے اور اس کی برکتوں سے لطف اندوز ہونے کا ایک اور موقع دیا۔ وہ مہینہ جو سال کا بہترین مہینہ اور قرآن کے نزول کا مہینہ ہے۔ وہ مہینہ جس کا استقبال رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے رجب اور شعبان میں دو ماہ کے صیام و قیام کے ساتھ فرمایا؛ وہ مہینہ جو سید الساجدین علیہ السلام کے فرمان کے مطابق امت مسلمہ کی دیگر امتوں پر فضیلت کا سبب ہے؛ اور وہ مہینہ جس کو الوداع کہنے سے اولیاء اللہ مغموم ہو جاتے ہیں عید فطر کے بعد کچھ دن روزے رکھ کر اس جدائی کے غم کا مداوا کرتے ہیں۔

In a message, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani expressed his condolences on the demise of the late Nader Talebzadeh.

A commemoration ceremony on the 40^th day of Ayatollah Kardan’s demise will be held at the Shohada Husseiniyah.
