The opening ceremony of the 7^th General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was held in Tehran on Thursday, September 1, 2022, with the presence of Shiite elites from more than 115 countries, and with the speech of Hojat al-Islam Raisi.

The opening ceremony of the 7^th General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was held in Tehran on Thursday, September 1, 2022, with the presence of Shiite elites from more than 115 countries, and with the speech of Hojat al-Islam Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Hojat al-Islam Dr. Mohammad Hossein Mokhtari appointed as the representative of the President at the Board of Trustees of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly congratulated Ayatollah Raisi on his election as the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Stating that the election is a social right of citizens that should be used, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Participating in the election entitled us to be demanding of the elected person.”
