The Photobook “Arbaeen, in 40 Countries of the World” was unveiled in the presence of the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and a group of religious, cultural, and media figures in the headquarters of the Assembly.
ABWA Official Website – The unveiling ceremony of the photo book “Arbaeen in 40 Countries of the World” and the exhibition “40 views of Arbaeen” with the aim of reflecting part of the activities of ABNA International News Agency during this year’s Arbaeen, was held with the presence of Ayatollah Reza Ramezani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, a group of officials of Iran’s Arbaeen headquarters, and a number of educated religious and cultural figures.
The ceremony was attended by Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Hojat al-Islam Hussain Ahmadi Qomi, Deputy for International Affairs of the Development and Reconstruction of Holy Shrines, Mohammad Ali Mojahedi, Secretary of Religious and Ritual Poetry of Islamic Republic of Iran, Hamid Makarem, Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office in Qom, Mohammadreza Khoshro, director of IRIB Nasim Channel, Dr. Kaviani, director of Ma’aref Radio, Hojat al-Islam Meysam Gholami, head of the Virtual Space Research Institute, as well as representatives of the Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.) in Iran, and some other prominent cultural, religious and media figures.
On the sidelines of this ceremony, an exhibition was held on the activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International News Agency - ABNA covering the Arbaeen event this year in different languages of the world, which was visited by the participants.
In this year’s Arbaeen, in addition to being stationed on the Arbaeen Walk route and covering the event, AhlulBayt International News Agency - ABNA also covered the Arbaeen ceremony in dozens of countries in the form of photos and videos, some of which are shown in the photobook “Arbaeen in 40 countries of the world”.

The Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that was established by a group of Shiite elites under the supervision of the great Islamic authority of the Shiites in 1990 to identify, organize, educate and support the followers of Ahl al-Bayt.
