Senegal's senior Shiite cleric passes away (+Photos)

Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh "Noah Mani", the founder of following the religion of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in the region of "Casamance" in the south of the "Senegal" passed away.

Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh "Noah Mani", the founder of following the religion of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in the region of "Casamance" in the south of the "Senegal" passed away.

He was educated in the Shiite seminaries of Iraq, Lebanon and Syria and after returning to his country, engaged in extensive propaganda activities that lasted for more than forty years.

Sheikh Noah Mani also established many students to promote the teachings of the Qur'an and Atrat by establishing the center of the "Payambar Azam" in the city of Ziguinchor.

His actions and successes in promoting the school of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) as well as his courage in this way made him known as "Khomeini of Senegal".

Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh "Noah Mani" was also respected by all residents of the region - not just Shiites - for his good manners and various services.

The body of member of the General Assembly of the Ahlulbayt (a.s.) World Assembly was buried in Senegal.

Despite coronavirus, a large number of followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) participated in this ceremony.

The Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly  is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that was established by a group of Shiite elites under the supervision of the great Islamic authority of the Shiites in 1990 to identify, organize, educate and support the followers of Ahl al-Bayt.
