During the Arbaeen Great Walk, while attending the AhlulBayt (a.s.) University of Karbala, in front of pillar No. 833 of Najaf-Karbala road, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, visited the activities of the university during the Arbaeen pilgrimage. After visiting the clinic of Yas Nabawi Mowkeb, which was set up in cooperation with the university to serve Arbaeen pilgrims, he participated in the appreciation ceremony of the jihadi (volunteer) doctors of this Mowkeb. The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Sayed Mohsen Qazvini, a member of the General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and University President, Hojat al-Islam Pahlevanzadeh Behbahani, President of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Assembly of Iraq, and Hojat al-Islam Sayed Mohammad Reza Mirtajodini, a representative of Tabriz in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
The Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that was established by a group of Shiite elites under the supervision of the great Islamic authority of the Shiites in 1990 to identify, organize, educate and support the followers of Ahl al-Bayt.
