ABWA Official Website – In a statement, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly denounced the ISIS terrorist attack on the Tebyan Center and the Ava News Agency office in Mazar Sharif in northern Afghanistan.
Part of the statement reads, “The ISIS attack on the Tebyan Center and the Ava News Agency office in Mazar Sharif, during a ceremony on the birth anniversary of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) and commemoration of journalists and activists of Mahdism field, which led to the martyrdom of 2 people and left 37 others injured, shows the brutality of the Takfiris, and also the innocence of the zealous people of Afghanistan.”

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
“Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him do we indeed return” (Holy Quran 2:156)
Unfortunately, once again, several innocent Muslims in Afghanistan were targeted by the terror of the Takfiris.
The ISIS attack on the Tebyan Center and the Ava News Agency office in Mazar Sharif, during a ceremony on the birth anniversary of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) and commemoration of journalists and activists of Mahdism field, which led to the martyrdom of 2 people and left 37 others injured, shows the brutality of the Takfiris, and also the innocence of the zealous people of Afghanistan.
While strongly denouncing this act of terrorism, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly asks God for mercy and forgiveness for the martyrs, healing and health for the injured, and patience and reward for the bereaved families.
Also, the security and military bureaus of Afghanistan are expected to take decisive and effective measures in maintaining security and confronting the perpetrators of this incident.
